Luis Díaz, who has been linked with Bayern Munich, could leave Liverpool for €80 million due to a gentleman’s agreement, according to a report from Spain.
Liverpool are prepared to let Bayern Munich-linked Luis Díaz leave if a club puts €80 million on the table, according to Cadena SER.
The Spanish radio station reports that there is a gentleman’s agreement between Liverpool and Díaz allowing him to depart “without problems” if that fee is met.
However, whether Bayern would be willing to pay that amount is highly doubtful.
According to Sport Bild, the Bavarians have set their limit at €60 million for the Colombian winger, who has also attracted interest from FC Barcelona.
As a result, Bayern could turn their attention to other targets – such as RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons, who they are also reportedly pursuing.
