Freiburg striker Michael Gregoritsch is set for a move to Danish outfit Bröndby.
As per reports from Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenberg, Freiburg have reached a full agreement with Bröndby, with the Danish club set to sign 31-year-old striker Michael Gregoritsch.
With a full verbal agreement in place between all parties involved, the Austrian forward is set to travel to Denmark and complete his medical on Wednesday.
Gregoritsch arrived in Breisgau in 2022, signing from fellow Bundesliga club Augsburg. He has since scored 19 league goals for the club; however has continued to slip down the pecking order throughout his time at Europa-Park Stadion.
Now with Igor Matanovic, Junior Adamu and Lucas Höler available in Julian Schuster’s ranks, Gregoritsch is out of favour and is set to complete a move to Bröndby and call it time on his Bundesliga career.
