SC Freiburg have turned down an offer for Kevin Schade from Brentford FC, according to Sky Germany.
Per the report, the Premier League outfit offered around €15 million for the 20-year-old winger.
20-year-old Schade reportedly caught the eye of Germany coach Hansi Flick with his performances last season, finding the net four times and providing an assist in 20 games before sustaining a season-ending abdominal strain in March.
According to Sky, the winger is open to taking the next step in principle, but wants to recover fully from the injury first.
Schade’s contract with Freiburg runs until 2026.
