According to reports, Noah Atubolu will become Freiburg’s new number one when Mark Flekken leaves the club.

Bild and Sky Germany report that SC Freiburg are not planning to sign a replacement for Mark Flekken, who is said to be close to joining Brentford FC.
Instead, the Bundesliga club will reportedly rely on 20-year-old Noah Atubolu to become their new first-choice goalkeeper.
Atubolu has made three appearances for Freiburg this season and has been touted as Flekken’s successor for some time.
“With Noah, a German U21 international, we have the next strong man in the back. We are prepared,” Freiburg sporting director Jochen Saier said on Sunday.
