For the first time since he suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in March, Florian Wirtz trained with the ball today.

Bayer Leverkusen youngster Florian Wirtz has returned to team training, the Bundesliga outfit announced today.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder took part in a training session with his teammates today, Friday.
It’s the first time Wirtz has trained with the ball since h’s suffered a cruciate ligament rupture back in March.
It remains to be seen if Wirtz will be able to make his return to action before the World Cup in November.
