Serie A side Fiorentina are interested in the possibility of signing Tottenham winger Bryan Gil.
Gil has spent loan stints away from Tottenham but he has failed to establish himself as a regular in the first team under different managers. He continues to be a rotation option for manager Ange Postecoglou.
And it seems as if he could leave the club again. Sky Italia (via TMW) state that with Fiorentina looking to sign a winger in January, their eyes are set on Gil. Initial contact has been made between the two clubs, with Spurs currently only looking to sell the Spanish winger on a permanent basis but it remains to be seen if they allow an initial loan move.
It is suggested that Gil wants a change of scenery and that is why he could depart the Lilywhites this month, with Fiorentina keeping an eye on the situation and this is a situation worth keeping an eye on for the rest of January.
