Adrian Fein’s move to Rotterdam is through. Both clubs involved in the permanent transfer confirmed the move on Wednesday evening. Though official details on the nature of the transaction remain scarce, Sky Germany claims that the 23-year-old accepted a termination of his current contract so that Excelsior could sign him on a free. Sky also claims that Bayern secured a re-sale bonus on the deal.
“Fein joined us at a young age and was trained as a professional at the FC Bayern Campus,” FCB sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic noted in a statement released by Bayern, “He is now ready for the next step in his career. We wish him all the best and much success for the future.”
