According to a report from Denmark, FC Midtjylland have turned down an approach from Bayern Munich for 21-year-old striker Franculino.
21-year-old Guinea-Bissau international Franculino Dju has made a sensational start to the season for FC Midtjylland, scoring eight goals in six Danish Superliga matches.
His performances have attracted interest from several European clubs, with Bayern Munich reportedly the latest to take notice.
According to Danish football outlet Bold.dk, the German champions inquired about the possibility of taking Franculino on loan, but Midtjylland immediately rejected the proposal.
The Danish side are determined to keep the striker and have ruled out a loan move under any circumstances.
Bayern are looking to bring in a striker before the transfer window closes after their loan move for Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson has collapsed.
