Sport Bild reports that Eintracht Frankfurt are interested in bringing Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Pascal Gross back to Germany.

Eintracht Frankfurt are believed to be keeping tabs on Germany and Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Pascal Gross.

According to Sport Bild, Eintracht board member for sport Markus Krösche is a big fan of Gross, who he expressed interest in back in 2022.

At the time, the 32-year-old midfielder opted to extend his contract with Brighton until 2025, but Eintracht may have more success in persuading him this time around, as Gross recently told Kicker that he could well imagine a return to Germany.

With Sebastian Rode set to retire at the end of the season, Gross could help bolster Eintracht’s midfield options.

The 32-year-old has made four appearances for Germany since making his debut in September.

He has scored 30 goals and laid on 40 assists in 228 appearances for Brighton, who he joined from Ingolstadt in 2017.
