Speaking ahead of Borussia Dortmund‘s Champions League game on Tuesday, Edin Terzic has given a positive update on the fitness of his squad.
“We hope that Giovanni Reyna can be an option on Tuesday,” said Terzic at the press conference on Monday afternoon. In the case of Gregor Kobel, a decision will be made on short notice: “Gregor has been back in full training for three days but he wasn’t in goal for four weeks. As soon as he signals that he is at 100 percent, he will play again. I’ll talk to him after the final training session.”
Keeping his options open, Terzic hinted that both Anthony Modeste and Youssoufa Moukoko could start against Sevilla on Tuesday: “Of course that’s a possibility. We want to keep all options open. The two get along very well on and off the pitch.”
As for Marco Reus, who has missed the last three games, Tuesday’s game against Sevilla is likely to come too soon: “We tend to look towards Sunday, towards Berlin.”
