Duo of Bundesliga clubs monitoring Hertha BSC full-back Kenny

A pair of Bundesliga clubs could battle it out for the defender who is out of contract in a number of weeks.

Jon Joe Kenny is eyeing up a potential return to the Bundesliga, according to Sport BILD’s latest reports.

The English native played in over 30 German top-flight games before Hertha BSC were relegated to the 2.Bundesliga.

Now, the popular tabloid believes that Borussia Mönchengladbach have set their sights on the full-back.

With the 28-year-old’s contract at Berlin expiring next month, no transfer fee would be required for his services.

Newly qualified UEFA Conference League contestants Mainz are also keeping tabs on Kenny ahead of the summer transfer window.
