Dortmund set minimum price for Bellingham

According to reports, Jude Bellingham’s summer departure from Borussia Dortmund is a foregone conclusion, with Real Madrid reportedly closing in on the England international.

However, BVB sporting director Sebastian Kehn has not given up hope of keeping the 19-year-old beyond the summer.

“I have to be prepared for different scenarios,” Kehl told Sky Germany.

“He is an outstanding player, losing him would definitely hurt a lot. Nevertheless, we are very relaxed at the moment and are not forcing anything.

Kehl added that he is “in contact” with Bellingham’s parents and that there is no deadline for the decision.

“We are letting everything come to us. But I don’t see us completely out of the running,” Kehl said, trying to be optimistic.

“Everything else depends on the player and the environment.”
