Youssoufa Moukoko has hit out at the media following recent reports about his situation at Borussia Dortmund.
“Please don’t believe everything you read in the newspaper,” Moukoko wrote on Instagram.
“I will never accept such a lie about me,” added the striker, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
Moukoko doesn’t go into detail, but his post comes hours after Bild released a report claiming that Borussia Dortmund have made the striker a final offer to extend his contract.
“It’s really sad that nowadays you can bring something like this into the world, so that you (fans) have a false image of me.” Moukoko stated.
“My focus is on the second half of the season, and it’s all about the club Borussia Dortmund. No player is bigger than the club.”
