Real Sociedad striker Umar Sadiq was the recipient of a gift by way of Sergio Ramos, on the back of his side’s meeting with Sevilla.
La Real and Sevilla locked horns in a La Liga clash on Sunday. The former ultimately emerged on the right side of the result, to climb to fifth in the table.
And the aforementioned Sadiq proved absolutely central, notching a wonderful opener, amid an impressive individual display.
Ramos, on the other hand, was sent off after a heavy challenge in the game’s closing moments.
And yet, as alluded to above, his disappointing personal day’s work did not stop Ramos from making clear his appreciation for the efforts of Sadiq.
As revealed across social media post-match, the veteran Sevilla defender put rivalries aside, to forward his match-worn shirt on to Sadiq.
