The inclusion of midfielder Denis Zakaria could potentially unlock Juventus’ summer move for Nicolo Zaniolo.
The Bianconeri already have an agreement on personal terms with Zaniolo, who would be happy to play for the Old Lady following his exit from Roma.
Romeo Agresti has claimed that Juventus are pressing the Zaniolo’s entourage, aware of the fact that the highest obstacle in the deal is represented by the Giallorossi, who value Zaniolo €50 million.
Juve have tried offering cash plus players in the deal but the Weston McKennie and Arthur don’t interest Jose Mourinho. But with Sergio Oliviera departing, Mourinho would entertain the idea of Zakaria in his team much more than the other two players.
While the inclusion of a player would only make the deal more complex, Juve’s offer will involve Zakaria and €25 million. Roma, as things stand, would want €30 million as cash. While the deal is not done, there is slowly progress being made.
