Ian Matsen’s loan move from Chelsea to Dortmund is close to completion, according to multiple reports.

Borussia Dortmund have made an official offer to sign Ian Maatsen on loan from Chelsea, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Sky Germany reported on Sunday that the 21-year-old has agreed terms with BVB on a loan move for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year-old Dutch left-back has made 15 appearances for the Blues this season, staring three times.
In addition to Maatsen, Jadon Sancho is close to joining Signal Iduna Park, with BVB in advanced talks with Manchester United over a loan move.
