Manu’s Game of the Week: Bayern Munich vs Bochum
My game of the week is Bayern Munich vs Bochum and not just because that will be the game that I will be attending this week. These two clubs are deeply connected with the fan groups cultivating a fan friendship that dates back to 1973. Legend has it that a group of Bochum fans protected Bayern supporters from a group of hooligans looking for trouble while the record champions were on a visit to the Ruhrpott. That fan friendship has endured 40 years and for many fans the unity on the stands will be more important than what will happen on the pitch.

Stefan’s Game of the Week: Werder Bremen vs Borussia Dortmund
My game of the week has to be Borussia Dortmund’s trip to Werder Bremen. Edin Terzic’s side can’t seem to stop scoring at the moment and will take that gung-ho approach to the Weserstadion where they’ll face an equally attacking side. This game could really go either way, but at the very least we should find ourselves enjoying a frantic, end-to-end match.
