According to a report from England, Wolfsburg defender Sebastiaan Bornauw is close to joining Leeds United.
Sebastiaan Bornauw is apparently set to leave VfL Wolfsburg a year before his contract expires.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the 26-year-old is on the verge of joining newly promoted Premier League side Leeds United.
Wolfsburg will receive around €6 million for the Belgian centre-back, who is expected to complete his medical on Monday.
Bornauw, who joined Die Wölfe for €13.5 million from FC Köln in 2021, struggled with injuries and for regular playing time last season, making just 15 appearances in the Bundesliga.
Leeds have already brought in one player from Wolfsburg this summer in the shape of Lukas Nmecha, who has arrived on a free transfer.
