After securing promotion to the Premier League, Burnley have confirmed that Jordan Beyer has joined the club on a permanent basis from Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The centre-back’s loan deal has been made permanent for a reported fee of £15 million.
“I couldn’t be happier at the moment! Lifting the trophy on Monday, winning the league and now set to become a Claret on a permanent basis,” Beyer is quoted as saying.
“I’ve enjoyed being here since the moment i stepped into this building. It feels like home to me. I love playing at Turf Moor and celebrating with the fans and hopefully there is more of that to come.”
Beyer, 22, made 36 appearances for Gladbach.
