Bayern plan to offer Kane a four-year contract if they agree deal with Tottenham

There has been plenty of speculation regarding Harry Kane’s future at Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

The 29-year-old has entered the final year of his contract at Spurs but has shown no inclination to extend his stay. 

The England international is keen to join Bayern Munich where he can compete for major trophies. 

However, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy doesn’t want to part with his most important player for less than £100 million. 

The Bavarians’ most recent bid for the striker was in the region of £70m, but they are unlikely to meet Tottenham’s valuation. 

However, the Bundesliga giants are confident they can wrap up a deal for Kane before the ongoing Premier League transfer window closes.  

If they agree a fee, Bayern plan to give the 29-year-old at least a four-year contract, as per BILD. 

They are also ready to make him one of their top earners, offering him an annual salary of more than £17m. 

Kane has been one of the best players in England over the years, consistently scoring goals and providing assists for Spurs. 

He has been their top-scorer for the last nine seasons, averaging more than 25 goals per campaign. 

But the England international is yet to win a major trophy at Tottenham, and he understandably wants to move on.
