Bayern Munich held fresh talks with Tottenham over the possible signing of Harry Kane in London yesterday, according to multiple reports.
Although there was no breakthrough, the German champions are said to remain optimistic that a deal can be reached.
It has been widely reported that Tottenham earlier rejected an initial offer of €70 million plus bonuses for Kane.
Reports since claimed that Bayern made a second bid, but according to both Bild and The Athletic, the German champions have only submitted one written offer so far.
Tottenham are likely to hold out for at least €100 million for the 29-year-old striker.
