Virtually all German media sources are now reporting that Borussia Mönchengladbach have accepted FC Bayern München’s latest offer for keeper Yann Sommer.
After a medical later today, the 34-year-old Swiss international should be available to train with his new teammates at Bayern’s final pre-match training session tomorrow.
Sport Bild claims that Bayern upped their last offer for the veteran net-minder by approximately €500,000 in additional performance-based bonuses. The foals shall claim a base transfer fee of €8 million for their #1 with a potential to earn another €1.5 million over the course of time.
