According to a report from Croatia, Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt are both interested in Union Saint-Gilloise forward Franjo Ivanovic.
Luis Díaz (Liverpool) and Nick Woltemade (VfB Stuttgart) remain Bayern Munich’s top two targets, but the German champions are exploring alternatives in case those signings don’t materialize.
Union Saint-Gilloise forward Franjo Ivanovic appears to be one of those alternatives, with Croatian outlet Sportske Novosti reporting that Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund has the 21-year-old on his radar.
In addition to Bayern, Eintracht Frankfurt are also mentioned as suitors for Ivanovic, who could potentially replace Hugo Ekitiké if the Frenchman leaves Deutsche Bank Park.
Union Saint-Gilloise are reportedly demanding €25 million for the versatile striker, who has also attracted interest from Como, Benfica, Villarreal and Lille.
Ivanovic played at youth level for Augsburg before moving to HNK Rijeka in 2023.
One year later, he joined Union Saint-Gilloise for a reported fee of €4 million.
