Atalanta forward Rasmus Højlund (20) is the latest name to be linked with Bayern Munich.
According to Sport Bild, Højlund is on Bayern Munich’s shortlist as they search the market for a No. 9 this summer. The Denmark international has a contract with Atalanta until 2027 but like other targets, could be expensive.
Napoli’s Victor Osimhen is seemingly a priority for Bayern Munich but a price tag exceeding €100m is scaring the Rekordmeister off.
Harry Kane is also a candidate but at the moment, is now expected to remain in the Premier League whilst Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani (24) is still an issue, but isn’t the type of profile forward that Bayern are looking for.
As a result, Højlund is a new name that Bayern Munich are considering. The Dane has 10 goal contributions (7 goals, 3 assists) in 26 Serie A games for Atalanta this season and has scored five goals in four games for his country.
