Ander Herrera is on the verge of rejoining Athletic Club. The Spanish midfielder even has his shirt number, according to journalist Matteo Moretto.
Herrera will join on a 2-year deal and will wear the number 25 shirt for the Basque outfit.
The player, 33, will return to La Liga, a league in which he has already played for Zaragoza and Athletic. Herrera has been free to leave since PSG told him weeks ago that they no longer counted on him.
