Nadiem Amiri has decided not to renew his contract with Bayer Leverkusen, which expires in 2024, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Both the player and the club will now work on a summer transfer, the Italian transfer market insider claims.
The 26-year-old has struggled for a consistent starting berth since his €9 million move from Hoffenheim in 2019.
In total, Amiri made 36 appearances in the 2022/23 season, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
