They are ready to offer him £9 million every year, which is equal to £320,000 per week before tax in England.
Palace are hoping to hold on to Zaha and are willing to offer him £200,000 per week.
It will be the most lucrative deal in the history of the club.
The 30-year-old wants to concentrate on guiding the Eagles to safety before thinking of his future.
Patrick Vieira’s side are 12th in the Premier League after 26 games, but just three points separate them from safety.
Zaha has bagged six goals and two assists in 26 league appearances this term.
