AI Predicts 3 Summer Signings For Every Premier League Club

With the 2024/25 season now in the books, teams will no doubt be turning their focus towards the next campaign as they look to achieve their future goals—whether that be winning a title, improving upon the term just gone, or surviving relegation. In order to achieve these goals, all teams will have to be active in the summer transfer market to strengthen the squads already at their disposal.

Some mammoth deals are already in the pipeline, with Matheus Cunha’s switch to Manchester United and Jeremie Frimpong’s move to Liverpool already on the horizon. Expect this to be just the beginning of what has all the makings of a hectic window.

With that in mind, the experts at Tipman Tips have enlisted the help of AI, which has named the three players it believes every Premier League club will sign this summer – with some rather outrageous selections being predicted.

AI Names 5 Summer Transfers Man United Must Make to Save Ruben Amorim’s Job

The likes of Viktor Gyokeres and Liam Delap have not been named by the AI.

Arsenal

Benjamin Sesko, Nico Williams, Edmond Tapsoba

It is clear that Arsenal’s main priority this summer is to strengthen in the number nine position, and having been linked with Alexander Isak and Viktor Gyokeres, the AI has landed on Benjamin Sesko as the man to fill the void at the Emirates. The RB Leipzig striker has long been touted for a Premier League move, and it seems as though he may be best placed to join the North London club.

Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams and central defender Edmond Tapsoba were the other two recruits named, in business that the AI believes would set the Gunners back £160 million—making them the third-highest spenders in the division.

Aston Villa

Pedro Goncalves, Loic Bade, Ferran Torres

It’s changes at the top of the pitch for Aston Villa, with their most notable predicted signing coming in the form of Barcelona’s Ferran Torres. With Marcus Rashford’s and Marco Asensio’s loans up at the end of the season, the AI believes Unai Emery will look to reinforce his attack by adding Torres, who has enjoyed a strong second half of the season at the Camp Nou.

Pedro Goncalves has been linked with moves elsewhere in England and would also bring some firepower on either flank. Meanwhile, Sevilla’s Loic Bade is believed to be an option to strengthen the defence alongside Pau Torres. These three deals would approximately set the Villans back £97 million.

Bournemouth

Boulaye Dia, Wilfred Ndidi, Taylor Harwood-Bellis

Bournemouth are set to dip into the market for two relegated figures in deals that may be as much about trying to find cheaper alternatives as anything else. Wilfred Ndidi was long seen as the man to replace N’Golo Kante at Leicester City, but the Nigerian has just suffered his second relegation in three years with the club and may be looking for pastures new.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis made his England debut – and scored in it too – in what was the one highlight of a dismal season where St Mary’s narrowly avoided becoming the team to rack up the lowest points in Premier League history. Lazio striker Boulaye Dia, who enjoyed a decent loan spell at Salernitana, is the final name listed in a £48 million spree.

Brentford

Gift Orban, Johan Bakayoko, Arsene Kouassi

Having lost Ivan Toney last summer, Brentford did an incredible job of managing to secure a top-half Premier League finish. But with it seemingly likely that other big names will depart, recruitment is a must—and some more young talent is predicted to come through the door.

Twenty-two-year-old striker Gift Orban only joined Hoffenheim in January from Lyon, but he is the first name tipped to move to the affectionately nicknamed ‘bus stop in Hounslow.’ PSV star Johan Bakayoko is also backed for a Bees switch, along with 20-year-old left-back Arsene Kouassi from AC Ajaccio in France, in a combined fee of £50 million.

Bright & Hove Albion

Piero Hincapie, Teun Koopmeiners, Rayan Cherki

A club who routinely buy low and sell high, Brighton are set for a wind of change this summer according to the AI, with three incredible deals being predicted for the Seagulls. The first comes in the form of Piero Hincapie, with the 23-year-old Bayer Leverkusen star set to be the latest member of the incredible side built by Xabi Alonso to make a move.

Teun Koopmeiners has long been linked with a Premier League switch, but the Dutchman heading to the Amex has never been a rumour that gained much traction—so it would come as a big surprise. As would a move for Rayan Cherki. The Lyon youngster is considered one of the best under-21 players on the planet, with some of the biggest clubs chasing his signature. Yet, the AI reckons it will be Fabian Hurzeler who is able to snap him up.

‘Phenomenal’ Forward Wants Premier League Move After Talks to Join Liverpool

According to recent reports, Liverpool could be close to securing the signing of this sensational playmaker in the upcoming transfer window.

Burnley

Che Adams, Jonny Evans, Harrison Reed

Burnley are back once again and will be looking to end their yo-yo cycle. If Scott Parker is to oversee that, he will have to do it with the lowest expenditure in the league according to AI, as the Clarets are expected to spend just £13 million. To achieve that, they will be targeting a cut-price deal for Fulham’s Harrison Reed, who failed to start a single Premier League game during the 2024/25 campaign.

A free agent signing of Jonny Evans would bring some much-needed experience and help save funds, allowing them to allocate most of their budget to Che Adams, who has notched 10 goals in 38 games for Torino since leaving Southampton 12 months ago.

Chelsea

Victor Osimhen, Gregor Kobel, Michael Olise

The second-highest spenders, Chelsea are set to be at it again, and they will finally address their problem position up top by putting an end to the Victor Osimhen saga. The Nigerian has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for years now, and the AI believes that Maresca will finally bring him in this summer.

Gregor Kobel would shore things up at the back, especially given the question marks surrounding Robert Sanchez, while a surprise move for Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise would leave the Blues ready to compete in their return to Champions League football.

How Much Money Chelsea Earned During 2024/25 Conference League

Success and Europa League qualification weren’t the only incentives for Chelsea to win the Conference League this year.

Crystal Palace

Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Enzo Millot, Georges Mikautadze

We have our first, but not only, case of deja vu on this list as the AI has also predicted FA Cup winners Crystal Palace to make a move for Taylor Harwood-Bellis. Unless the son-in-law of Roy Keane has managed to find a way of cloning himself, it doesn’t seem very realistic that he signs for both Bournemouth and the Eagles.

Stuttgart attacking midfielder Enzo Millot is also on the list, which could be seen as a potential replacement if Eberechi Eze completes a move to one of Europe’s top teams. The same could be said for Georges Mikautadze if Jean-Philippe Mateta leaves, with Glasner hoping the Georgian brings his international goalscoring record to Selhurst Park.

Everton

Dominic Solanke, Scott McTominay, Jack Harrison

A new stadium means new additions for Everton, but the AI may have gone slightly overboard with two of its predictions. Let’s start with the most realistic: Jack Harrison has spent the last two seasons on loan at Goodison Park. Maybe the AI was banking on third time being the charm, but the club have already suggested that Harrison will stay at Leeds and not return.

Tottenham splashed £65 million on Dominic Solanke, and after he helped them win a European trophy, selling him won’t be high on their list of priorities. And as for Scott McTominay, Everton probably shouldn’t waste their time. The Scot has become a hero in Naples since his move and, after winning the Serie A MVP en route to claiming the title, his stock has never been higher.

10 Players Who Improved the Most After Leaving Manchester United [Ranked]

From Cristiano Ronaldo to Anthony Elanga, plenty of footballers have enjoyed an upturn in performances post-Manchester United.

Fulham

Guido Rodriguez, Wilfried Gnonto, Che Adams

Fulham will be hoping to push towards the European places next season, much like Brentford attempted to do in the term just gone. And the AI reckons that, to achieve that, they’ll be bringing in players who have a point to prove in the Premier League.

Guido Rodriguez has not had the start to life at West Ham he may have dreamt of, and a redemption arc at Craven Cottage could appeal. Wilfried Gnonto was a promising teenager when he was last in the Premier League and will be keen to prove he’s capable at the highest level. And Che Adams will be needing to borrow Harwood-Bellis’ cloning powers to play for both Burnley and Fulham.

Leeds United

Maurits Kjaergaard, Patrick Wimmer, Strahinja Pavlovic

Leeds United are one of the most famous clubs in English football history, so it is only right they make a return to the top flight. And they are looking to do so with a bang, spending £44 million in an effort to survive. This will see them dip into the Red Bull connections to bring in 21-year-old Salzburg midfielder Maurits Kjaergaard.

Austrian winger Patrick Wimmer is said to also be on the shortlist, as is AC Milan’s Strahinja Pavlovic, who would be a real coup and no doubt bring some defensive stability to the club.

Liverpool

Goncalo Inacio, Jarrod Bowen, Manu Kone

The reigning Premier League champions are backed to be the sixth-biggest spenders in the division, though none of the players that are actually set to arrive – such as Jeremie Frimpong – are mentioned here.

Goncalo Inacio has been earmarked as a long-term replacement for Virgil van Dijk in the left-sided centre-back role. Jarrod Bowen has also been suggested in the past, but Mohamed Salah’s contract renewal may put a stop to that. And the emergence of Ryan Gravenberch may also hamper any potential move for Manu Kone, despite the AI’s assertions.

Manchester City

Florian Wirtz, Alphonso Davies, Evan Ferguson

Manchester City are tipped to be the highest spenders this summer, and while that may still turn out to be the case as they look to reclaim their Premier League crown, they likely won’t be making any of the signings suggested by AI.

The Cityzens have already pulled out of a potential deal for the German as a result of the price, leaving the playmaker Liverpool-bound. Alphonso Davies is currently injured and not expected to be back for Bayern Munich – where he recently signed a new contrac – until September. And Evan Ferguson’s stock has never been lower after a difficult loan spell at West Ham.

Manchester United

Jarrad Branthwaite, Joao Gomes, Bryan Mbeumo

£145 million is the total expected outlay for Ruben Amorim ahead of his Manchester United rebuild, which is said to see the Red Devils make a return for long-term target Jarrad Branthwaite, who they pursued last summer.

United are nearing completion on a deal to bring Matheus Cunha in from Wolves, but the AI has named another Brazilian from Molineux to make the switch too – that being midfielder Joao Gomes. Finally, Bryan Mbeumo has put himself in the shop window with a superb campaign that saw him score 20 Premier League goals, and the Brentford man is expected to be high on Amorim’s shortlist.

Liverpool ‘Pulled Out’ of Move For Man United-Bound Matheus Cunha – Here’s Why

In another world, Matheus Cunha could be heading to Anfield instead of Old Trafford this summer.

Newcastle United

Eberechi Eze, Kieran Tierney, Jonathan David

One player that can immediately be scratched off the list from Newcastle’s point of view is Kieran Tierney, as the Scottish full-back is heading to Celtic Park for his second stint with the Hoops after his Arsenal contract expired. However, the other two moves the Magpies are predicted to make upon their return to Champions League football are audacious.

Eberechi Eze is widely expected to be fielding several suitors over the next couple of months. Whether Newcastle will be at the front of the queue remains to be seen, but it would be a huge deal if they can make it happen. Jonathan David may come with slightly less fanfare, but the Canadian would also be an impressive pick-up considering the interest also being shown in him.

Nottingham Forest

Douglas Luiz, Yoane Wissa, Marc Guehi

Nottingham Forest have not been shy about spending big to overhaul their squad in recent years. Now that they are back in Europe, doing the same wouldn’t be a shock. Yoane Wissa is a player they targeted in January and, according to AI, may look to get over the line this time around.

It is also predicted that the Garibaldi will try to lure Aston Villa star Douglas Luiz away from Juventus to the City Ground, while Marc Guehi will trade in the Europa League football he has earned with Crystal Palace for Conference League football at Forest. With a predicted expenditure of £129 million, Forest are backed to be the league’s fifth-biggest spenders.

Sunderland

Enzo Le Fee, Ben Mee, Emil Riis Jakobsen

Upon their return to the top flight, the AI has suggested that the first piece of business Sunderland must attend to is retaining the services of Enzo Le Fee, who played 15 times after joining on loan from Roma in January en route to Championship play-off success.

Premier League experience and leadership may also be crucial, so bringing in Ben Mee on a free transfer could actually be a rather smart decision from the Black Cats, with Preston striker Emil Riis Jakobsen touted as the third major arrival.

Tottenham Hotspur

Ivan Toney, Perr Schuurs, Lloyd Kelly

Tottenham’s Europa League win means they are back in the Champions League, and with Dominic Solanke predicted to be sold, AI has backed Ange Postecoglou to sign Ivan Toney just one year after the Englishman made the move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.

Dutch defender Perr Schuurs could link up with compatriot Micky van de Ven at centre-back should Cristian Romero leave the club. As could Lloyd Kelly, bringing an end to a spell at Juventus just six months after moving, having already done the same at Newcastle.

The player has endured a tough start to life in Italy.

West Ham United

Armando Broja, Ian Maatsen, Harry Maguire

Some interesting signings have been linked with West Ham here, starting with Armando Broja. The Albanian has long promised to fulfil his potential in English football, but injury-stricken loan spells at Fulham and Everton have prevented that. Ian Maatsen has also struggled for regular game time at Aston Villa, a year removed from starting in the Champions League final for Borussia Dortmund.

Then there’s Harry Maguire. When his Manchester United career was at rock bottom, this looked like a move he was destined for. Following his redemption arc, though, it seems unlikely he will leave Old Trafford.

Wolves

Raul Jimenez, Wilfried Gnonto, Boubakary Soumare

With the final team on the list, we have one last example of cloning required, as Wolves are also predicted to sign Wilfried Gnonto – as well as Fulham – according to the AI. Vitor Pereira will also look to seal the return of an old hero, hoping Raul Jimenez can rediscover the form he showed at the club prior to his devastating head injury.

Leicester’s Boubakary Soumare is also tipped to make the move to Molineux following the Foxes’ relegation, rounding out what would be a light £28 million summer.
