Pierre Emile-Hojbjerg has reportedly decided to stay at Tottenham Hotspur amid interest from Newcastle United.
According to Florian Plettenberg, the 28-year-old has rejected all offers as his only focus is to do well for Spurs this season.
The Denmark international joined Spurs from Southampton in 2020 and has since made over 160 senior appearances for the club.
However, he has been out of favour under Ange Postecoglou this season, with the Australian boss preferring Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma.
He has featured in 20 Premier League matches, but has started in only five of those.
Hojbjerg has a contract at Tottenham until 2025, but the club’s need for funds suggests they could sanction a departure for him.
The Lilywhites recently signed RB Leipzig star Timo Werner on loan before sealing a £26 million move for Radu Dragusin from Genoa.
They have also been linked with a move for Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher, but a move for the England international only looks possible if they offload Hojbjerg.
However, the Denmark international wants to stay at Spurs and fight for his place under Postecoglou.
Newcastle are reportedly eyeing a loan move for the midfielder in January.

Manager Eddie Howe wants to reinforce his squad but has been handicapped by Financial Fair Play rules.
