Bayer Leverkusen expect Victor Boniface to be out until April due to a rather serious muscle injury.

Following the confirmation that Victor Boniface will not be able to play for Nigeria at the Africa Cup of Nations, Bayer Leverkusen have now provided some more information on his injury and a timeframe for his recovery.
Die Werkself announced on Tuesday that Boniface will require surgery after suffering an injury to his right adductor muscle.
