A pair of La Liga clubs are expressing a keen interest in the services of Rayo Vallecano goalkeeper Stole Dimitrievski, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Dimitrievski’s current terms at the Estadio de Vallecas are due to expire in the summer of 2024, a situation which has sparked interest across not only Spain but Europe as a whole.
Two La Liga sides – in the form of Sevilla and Villarreal – though, are viewed as being at the front of the queue.
Both clubs are understood to be tracking the Macedonian international, with a view to bringing him on a free transfer next year.
Negotiations between the parties, in turn, could be opened as early as January.
Dimitrievski, for his part, has featured from the off in all 13 of Rayo’s league outings thus far this season, notching a trio of Man of the Match awards along the way.
