Sheraldo Becker has put speculation about his future to rest by signing a new contract with Union Berlin.
“I really feel very comfortable at Union. We have achieved incredible things together in recent years, and together with the club and the team, I have also developed further. I look forward to continuing to work together,” stated Becker.
Union Berlin managing director for professional football Oliver Ruhnert added:
“It is a good sign that we have been able to retain a key player like Sheraldo for longer. We are happy to continue working with him and to have his individual quality in attack.”
27-year-old Becker found the net six times and provided nine assists in 40 games for Union last season.
