Bayern Munich turned down a late loan offer from Juventus for Sacha Boey before the transfer window closed, according to Matteo Moretto and Fabrizio Romano.
The Bavarians were unwilling to approve the move without the prospect of a permanent transfer.
Boey has struggled to make the desired impact since joining Bayern from Galatasaray for a reported €30 million in January 2024.
Despite his unconvincing performances, the 24-year-old is still frequently given opportunities by Bayern coach Vincent Kompany – something that has caused “raised eyebrows” within the squad, according to Sport1.
The Frenchman remains under contract with the Bavarians until 2028.
