West Ham United are “close” to agreeing a deal to sign Germany defender Thilo Kehrer from Paris Saint-Germain, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Kehrer is already said to have agreed personal terms with West Ham, with the former Schalke 04 player preferring ‘The Hammers’ over Sevilla.
After losing out in the battle to sign the 25-year-old, Sevilla are now looking to bring in Tanguy Nianzou from Bayern instead.
PSG put €37 million on the table to sign Kehrer from Schalke back in 2018, and he has since featured 128 times for the French champions, racking up four goals and four assists.
He has 20 caps for Germany under his belt.
