Apparently, Omar Solet will not be joining Hoffenheim from RB Salzburg after all.
On Monday, it was reported that Hoffenheim were about to complete the signing of Oumar Solet from RB Salzburg.
However, Kicker is now reporting that the transfer has collapsed in the final stages.
According to Sky Germany, Hoffenheim and RB Salzburg had agreed on a transfer fee of €6.5-7 million.
While Solet will apparently not be joining after all, Hoffenheim are still expected to strengthen their back line with the signing of Armel Bella-Kotchap from Southampton.
It was reported by several sources on Monday that Hoffenheim had agreed a deal with the English side to sign the former Bochum centre-back.
