Week 7 of the NFL season has already begun with the Cincinnati Bengals‘ thrilling win over the Pittsburgh Steelerslast night. And NFL Fantasy Football managers are still solidifying their lineups while looking for ways to improve their rosters going forward.

We at GIVEMESPORT have already given our recommendations this week for who you should add via the waiver wire, but there are also several deep stash options for managers to keep an eye on.

We are looking at the athletes who are available in almost any league and could be set for a larger role in their respective offenses. With that in mind, here are five Fantasy Football players that managers should monitor and target soon.

Brashard Smith

Brashard Smith was one of our ultimate sleepers going into this season. While the rookie running back hasn’t broken out yet, he’s gradually becoming more involved in the Kansas City Chiefs‘ offense.

The three-time defending AFC champions need more production from their backfield if they want to contend, and Patrick Mahomes leading the team in rushing is certainly not ideal.

Smith has put up more than five fantasy points in three straight weeks and could definitely be worth a flyer should he start finding the end zone. The 2025 seventh-round pick is still a player to watch for managers over these next few games.

Kameron Johnson

After scoring 0.2 points the entire season, second-year wideout Kameron Johnson broke out with a 16.4 point performance against the San Francisco 49ers.

The 2024 undrafted free agent caught four passes for 64 yards and a touchdown, showcasing his elite speed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Todd Bowles‘ team has been gutted with injuries at wide receiver, but all of those players are expected to return in the near future.

There’s a chance that Johnson may have seen the peak of his involvement in the Buccaneers’ offense, but there’s also the possibility that the 23-year-old is finding his niche with this NFC contender.

Jalen Coker

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker has yet to make his season debut as he’s been recovering from a serious quad strain. Fortunately, the second-year wideout is expected to return in Week 7 against the New York Jets and has plenty of upside in Fantasy Football.

As an undrafted free agent, Coker averaged 8.4 points per game in eleven games of action. Now, the 23-year-old should fit in as the Panthers’ new No. 2 receiver behind rookie sensation Tetairoa McMillan.

Coker is one of those players whose value could skyrocket over the next few weeks, so Fantasy Football managers should act on adding him as soon as possible.

Tory Horton

Sam Darnold is gradually working his way into MVP contention for the Seattle Seahawks, who are now considered a dark-horse Super Bowl contender.

The 2024 Pro Bowler has immediately found chemistry with many of his wideouts, but he still has room to grow as the season goes on.

Heading into Week 7, rookie receiver Tory Horton has three games where he has scored over 11 fantasy points, making him a valuable deep-stash option.

The fifth-round pick out of Colorado State is currently the team’s third-leading wideout in receiving yards behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp.

Horton’s involvement in the Seahawks’ offense does vary from game to game, but he is certainly a player to watch as a potential flex option down the road.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey

The New York Giants need all the help they can get from their receivers after Malik Nabers went down with a torn ACL. And seven-year wideout Lil’Jordan Humphrey answered the call in last Thursday’s 34-17 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Humphrey caught four passes for 55 yards, putting up a total of 9.5 fantasy points. At 6’4, 225 pounds, the 27-year-old is an intriguing red zone target for quarterback Jaxson Dart, who should see the field more going forward.

The Giants’ new starter under center has breathed new life into the rest of the roster, and now this historic franchise is starting to believe it can contend for a playoff spot.

That’s going to be a tall task in a loaded NFC Conference, but there is finally some hope in the Meadowlands. Humphrey can play a key role in this Giants’ ascent, which makes him an intriguing waiver wire candidate.
