A privilege they have earned through sheer hard work and talent, they have had their fair share of belts over the years.

Bayley

5 World Titles

The first of what will be all Four Horsewomen, Bayley has been a mainstay on WWE programming since her arrival at NXT in 2013. Having flourished on NXT, Raw, and SmackDown, her transition from the Hugger to WWE’s Role Model is commendable.

WWE’s first-ever Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion, her five reigns as World Champion have come across all three brands she’s thrived on. A one-time NXT Women’s Champion and two-time WWE Women’s and Women’s World Champion, she is the first of many women’s WWE Superstars who find themselves at five World Titles. A remarkable career within the squared circle, it is only a matter of time until Bayley makes it six.

Melina

5 World Titles

One of a few inactive entrants on this list, Melina managed to secure herself five World Titles during a difficult period for women’s wrestling. Doing so within the space of three years, she shared her fortunes with three reigns as WWE Women’s Champion and two as Divas Champion.

Melina’s arrival on WWE’s main roster is well-remembered for her being thrown into the deep end, associating herself with Vince McMahon, Ric Flair and Mick Foley. Going on to then fixate her focus on the women’s division, the A-List Diva’s longest reign clocked in at 154 days. One of four women’s wrestlers to have held both the Divas and WWE Women’s Championship, her five World Titles see her in great company.

Alexa Bliss

5 World Titles

A WWE Superstar with a relatively short time between her first reign and last reign, Alexa Bliss’ five World Titles see her equal with four other competitors. Just 18 months separate her first reign in late 2016 and her most recent in mid-2018, but the Five Feet of Fury remains a fan favourite despite this dry spell.

Bliss has managed three reigns as Tag Team Champion, as well as a stint as Money in the Bank holder. Accomplishments that many couldn’t have predicted when she was down in NXT, Little Miss Bliss capitalised on SmackDown Live’s popularity in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since. An undeniably talented wrestler who’s had a tough run as of late, the WWE Universe will be ready to celebrate when her arm gets raised for number six.

Arguably one of the greatest women’s wrestlers to grace a WWE ring, Asuka is a future Hall of Famer. Arriving in NXT in 2015, she won the title a few months later and embarked on a historic unbeaten streak. After a 510-day reign as NXT Champion, Asuka would find herself on the main roster afterwards and picked up where she left off.

Earning herself three reigns as WWE Women’s Champion and one as Women’s World Champion, one-half of the Kabuki Warrior’s five World Titles will surprise the WWE Universe. A number that many would suspect to be higher, Asuka’s time spent in the tag team scene can be blamed for why the Empress of Tomorrow doesn’t have more reigns.

The last of a string of talent on five World Titles, Rhea Ripley will undoubtedly surpass this number by the time her career is said and done. Just 28 years old with a CV that any WWE Superstar could dream of, the Eradicator is one of two entrants on this list to have her total come via four different championships.

A one-time NXT UK and NXT Women’s Champion, one-time WWE Women’s Champion and two-time Women’s World Champion, Ripley’s longest reign of 380 days ties her with Bayley for the longest reign as Women’s World Champion. A sure bet to win more championship gold, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Ripley up to double digits when her time in the squared circle is done.

An icon in women’s wrestling and wife to current SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, Mickie James has long been dominating within the squared circle. Having had two spells within the WWE, James amassed five reigns as WWE Women’s Champion and a singular reign as Divas Champion during that time.

A 12-time World Champion throughout her career, with six triumphs in TNA, WWE doesn’t account for reigns that have happened elsewhere despite the ongoing partnership between the two companies. Notably, enduring a memorable feud with Trish Stratus alongside her five World Title reigns, James will be remembered, along with others, as the group of women’s wrestlers who paved the way for the women’s revolution.

From one legend to another, the other half of the memorable feud with the aforementioned Jamies, Trish Stratus finds herself above her former foe with seven World Title reigns. Experiencing all seven of her victories as WWE Women’s Champion, her longest reign of 448 days is recognised as the longest women’s reign of the 21st century.

A 2013 Hall of Fame inductee, the Toronto-born icon is one of the greatest women’s wrestlers. A member of the iconic Four Horsewomen, Banks was an integral part of the women’s revolution and cemented women’s wrestling as a main event showcase.

A one-time NXT Women’s and Women’s World Champion alongside five reigns as WWE Women’s Champion puts the Boss tied for third. Having found the time for three runs as a Tag Team Champion among her other successes, the WWE Universe will be ready to welcome Banks back with open arms if that time ever comes.

Taking the silver medal for most women’s World Championship reigns, Becky Lynch’s eight triumphs place her as one of WWE’s greatest Superstars. A one-time NXT Women’s Champion, two-time WWE Women’s Champion and five-time Women’s World Champion, she is another highly successful member of the Four Horsewomen.

Unlike others on the list, the Lasskicker’s NXT reign didn’t come during her formative years on the brand but years into her career. A run that took place in 2023, Lynch went back to her old stomping grounds and helped build new stars during her 42-day reign. Clocking in a reign of 399 days as her longest, Lynch will go down in history as one of WWE’s most popular women’s wrestlers, alongside one of WWE’s most popular babyfaces.

Having a chokehold on the number one spot, Charlotte Flair’s record of 16 World Titles sees her untouchable among her colleagues. A two-time NXT Women’s Champion, one-time Divas Champion, six-time WWE Women’s Champion and seven-time Women’s World Champion, her in-ring success makes it easy to believe she is the daughter of Ric Flair.

One of the most talented wrestlers to lace up a pair of boots, her 16 recognised reigns see her equal with her father, who is also first on the list of men’s World Champions. The final holder of the Divas Champion, as well as the inaugural WWE Women’s Champion, WWE’s Top Girl, will look to improve on this 16 before she calls it quits.
