Sky Germany reports that 1.FC Nürnberg midfielder Casper Jander continues to attract interest from Bundesliga sides due to his performances.
Previously, scouts were in attendance for Nürnberg’s game against Hertha Berlin earlier this season to watch the midfielder. Jander had only joined Nürnberg in the summer from Duisburg, but already looks set to leave.
A transfer for this coming summer is already planned, and the likes of VfB Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen, Hoffenheim, and Red Bull Salzburg are all interested in the 21-year-old. Jander’s contract is valid until 2028 and Nürnberg values him at around €7-8.5m.
In recent years, Nürnberg have become one of the best in the 2.Bundesliga at selling their talent. Last summer it was Can Uzun and Nathanial Brown, while this season Die Club would have sold Jander, Jens Castrop, Stefanos Tzimas and Finn Jeltsch.
The issue now, will be to not only find the next big sale, but also build a team that is capable enough to help them gain promotion under Miroslav Klose.
