The WWE has presented fans with a litany of timeless PLEs over the years. Notably, the company behind the world’s most popular wrestling show, WrestleMania, the three-lettered behemoth, has also aired fan-favourite events such as the Royal Rumble and SummerSlam during their illustrious history.
Already halfway through 2025, the WWE’s inaugural year under Netflix has flown by. Consistently knocking records out of the park, the WWE’s next show will see them fly over to the Middle East for their yearly Saudi Arabia show. Having already aired one special event this month, that being Money in the Bank earlier in June, the sixth month of the year is proving busy for the WWE.
With their last visit to Saudi Arabia coming in November 2024, the Crown Jewel event, which crowned Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan as Crown Jewel Champions, Night of Champions, is the next event to get a taste of Riyadh.
Having taken place in Jeddah in 2023, the event, which will feature matches such as CM Punk against John Cena and Randy Orton versus Cody Rhodes, has the WWE Universe intrigued. Set for the final weekend of June, this is all the information that wrestling fans need to know about the event.

WWE Night of Champions 2025 Start Time
A different start time awaits the WWE Universe
With conflict ongoing in the Middle East, there has been trepidation among those in the WWE regarding the decision for the event to still go ahead. As has been the case for all of WWE’s non-US-based PLEs, fans around the world will have to adjust their body clocks for a different start time.
With the WWE Universe in the UK typically staying up until midnight or 1 am for an event to begin and fans in the United States enjoying the typical 7 pm start time, the Riyadh Night of Champions show will see the shoe on the other foot.
Taking place on Saturday, June 28, from the Kingdom Arena, fans in America can expect an early afternoon start, with the WWE website confirming a 1 pm ET / 10 am PT start time. European fans will bask in the late afternoon start time, meaning they can unwind in the evening with a classic WWE PLE.

How to Watch WWE Night of Champions 2025
It will be the usual viewing platforms for the WWE Universe
Although the timings of WWE’s Night of Champions might be a tad dissimilar to prior events, the actions that the WWE Universe must take in order to watch the event remain the same. As has been the case since the turn of the year, non-US fans can log in to their Netflix accounts to watch the action unfold.
The first Saudi Arabian PLE to take place on the world’s largest streaming service, users can find the show on Netflix’s app by searching for WWE in the search bar and scrolling across to the John Cena-focused postered for the event, which will have a ‘Live: Saturday’ logo on it, and if viewing the event on the day, that will be replaced with the time the show starts.
For members of the WWE Universe who are stateside, they will need to watch the event via Peacock, which has been the go-to service for WWE content for some time. With Netflix continuing to grow and WWE not leaving the platform anytime soon, this is what the service has to offer and here is how fans can sign up.
