Recently, speculation has emerged that Nick Woltemade is considering leaving Newcastle United this summer, just a year after joining from VfB Stuttgart.
It had also been suggested that the German international has maintained contact with Bayern Munich after his proposed move to the German record champions fell through prior to his switch to Newcastle.
However, according to Munich-based tabloid Abendzeitung, there is no truth to these claims.
The report does note, however, that mutual appreciation remains between Woltemade and Bayern, and that the German champions will continue to monitor his development closely.
The 24-year-old forward has scored 10 goals in 40 appearances for Newcastle so far.
