Union incredibly claimed another win on Matchday 10, as Janik Haberer’s brace was enough to defeat Dortmund and extend their lead in the Bundesliga table to four points.

Urs Fischer’s side are on top of the world. Through Matchday 10, Union have acquired an unthinkable 23 points to sit atop the Bundesliga standings.
After their 2-0 home win over Dortmund on Sunday, Fischer was at a loss for words when speaking to DAZN after the game:

“Madness, madness, madness! What else can I say?”

Fischer also noted that, “I think we had phases in the second half in which we had to suffer.” But then he acknowledged, “The table is a nice sight.”

Union play Heidenheim at home in the DFB-Pokal on Wednesday before traveling to Bochum on Sunday.
