Footage of the challenge which culminated in Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga suffering an injury on Tuesday has come to the fore online.
For those who may have missed it, midfielder Camavinga was late last night dealt a considerable personal blow.
As much came upon word surfacing that the Frenchman had been forced into a premature departure from training, just 24 hours out from Real Madrid’s UEFA Super Cup showdown with Atalanta.
Camavinga has since been ruled out of the Warsaw showpiece, albeit with the extent of his knee injury remaining to be seen.
Those of a Blancos persuasion curious as to what exactly happened to their side’s midfield gem will therefore no doubt be interested to hear of footage of the tackle in question being unveiled online.
In the clip, showcased below, ‘Cama’ can be seen going to ground in evident distress, after a slip during a match between ranks saw the 21-year-old collide with fellow countryman Aurélien Tchouaméni:
