Napoli star Victor Osimhen will join Galatasaray soon on a loan deal but it seems as if the deal was done without his agent Roberto Calenda.
Il Mattino (via TMW) have reported that Osimhen has stopped trusting people around him after the gaffe on deadline day and that is why the negotiation with Galatasaray was conducted by the player himself.
As of now, he has given up on the idea of returning to Nigeria as he told trust with many people there too, as intermediary George Gardi was the one who helped him get the move to the Turkish giants. But a lot of work was done by the player himself.
Gardi is close to Turkish clubs and had played a role in bringing Dries Mertens to Turkey. Osimhen, it is reported, had no option buy to accept the destination and the specifc terms were discussed and confirmed much later.
Things do not seem promising between Osimhen and his agent Roberto Calenda and it was suggested after deadline day that he could consider parting ways with the agent.
