Chelsea want a £5 million loan fee for Armando Broja amid interest from Fulham and West Ham United.
Recent reports suggested the Blues were only interested in a loan with obligation or a permanent transfer worth over £35m.
But Ben Jacobs now claims they are prepared to be flexible over the 22-year-old on transfer deadline day as they will also consider a straight loan.
Fulham are said to be in discussions with the West Londoners over a move for the striker.
Meanwhile, Wolverhampton Wanderers have had a loan bid rejected by Chelsea earlier this month, and so the Midlands side are now pursuing a move for Corinthians forward Yuri Alberto.
Broja has also been linked with West Ham United who are searching for a new centre-forward, with Michail Antonio out with a knee injury.
The Hammers made a £33m offer for Broja in 2022, but that was rejected by the English giants.
If the same offer is made this winter, Mauricio Pochettino’s side will likely accept.
But with the Financial Fair Play restrictions, it is uncertain the Irons will submit such an offer again.
Broja returned to the Blues first-team in September after remaining sidelined for around nine months due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
He has since made 19 appearances in all competitions, with two goals and two assists to his name.

But Chelsea are said to be prepared to let him go this January, even though he has a contract until 2028.
