Bild reports that Tottenham have offered €25 million for Bayer Leverkusen’s Piero Hincapie.

Tottennham are understood to be keen to sign Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie this month.
According to Bild, the Premier League outfit have verbally made an offer of €25 million for the 21-year-old.
However, that fee is very unlikely to convince ‘Die Werkself’ to sell Hincapie, who has been a regular starter this season.
The Ecuadorian defender is under contract until 2026. He made the switch to BayArena from CA Talleres for a reported fee of €6.35 million back in 2021.
