Sport Bild’s reporting confirms some information published earlier in the local Braunschweiger Zeitung, naming some specific clubs and a potential specific purchase price for the player.
Germany’s main sporting tabloid, drawing upon some of the earlier reportage in the local newspaper, claims that at least three Bundesliga clubs are considering spending such a some. Company teams Bayer 04 Leverkusen, VfL Wolfsburg are linked with Pherai, as are Borussia Mönchengladbach.
BTSV sporting director Peter Vollmann recently confided that he had received interest in Pherai from top-flight clubs when speaking to the Braunschweiger Zeitung. The club executive noted that he could do little to stop better financially positioned clubs from knocking on the player’s door.
