Thorgan Hazard is being heavily linked with a move to PSV.

PSV are working on a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Thorgan Hazard before the transfer window slams shut.
According to reports, Hazard will not be part of Dortmund’s squad to face Bayer Leverkusen today, with PSV keen to bring him to the Netherlands on loan with an option to buy.
29-year-old Hazard has struggled for playing time this season and has started just six games for BVB in all competitions.
In total, he has scored 18 goals and provided 21 assists following his €25.5 million switch from Gladbach in 2019.
