Alvaro Morata has said yes to Milan’s proposal. Here are the details regarding the move.
According to a report by Daniele Longo, Serie A side Milan have agreed on personal terms with Atletico Madrid forward Alvaro Morata as the details surrounding the move have started to emerge. The Rossoneri will trigger the Spaniard’s release clause set at €13 million plus taxes.
Morata is returning to Italy after agreeing on a four-year contract with Milan with the option of a fifth year. The Diavolo are set to pay him €5.5 million per season, including bonuses. The move is expected to be accelerated by club advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic who demanded the presence of a strong striker in the team since last season.
Milan have already scheduled medicals for the 31-year-old as the move will be officially announced this week. Morata has previously played with Juventus in the Serie A before swapping to Atletico Madrid.
