Celtic and Dundee United will go head-to-head in the Scottish Premiership at Parkhead on Saturday afternoon, as Martin O’Neill returns to the dugout for his second spell in charge this season.
The Hoops currently sit third in the table following defeat to Rangers last time out, which saw Wilfried Nancy sacked after just eight games in charge, with O’Neill returning until the end of the season. Jim Goodwin’s side, on the other hand, currently sit seventh in the table after defeat to local rivals Dundee in their last outing.
Both sides will come into the game with some injury issues too, and this is how GIVEMESPORT expects the teams to line up as a result.
Celtic Team News
Celtic will be desperate to get their season back on track at Parkhead this weekend, but O’Neill is likely to be without several stars due to injury. Jota, Kelechi Iheanacho, Callum Osmand, Alistair Johnston, Marcelo Saracchi and Cameron Carter-Vickers will all be unavailable.
However, they should be able to welcome back both Sebastian Tounetki and Michel-Ange Balikwisha, after both were eliminated from AFCON and have returned to Glasgow.

O’Neill Drops Team News Update
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, O’Neill has shared an update on his squad ahead of the game.
“I suppose I know the players a little bit better than I did a few weeks ago.
Which is better news as there are fewer surprises, but it’s nice to see them again. Although I don’t think they were expecting it.
“A few things have happened since then, but they are in pretty good spirits.
“They’ll have to go for it, the season has narrowed down to 18 games so there’s everything to play for, and hopefully they are ready for it.”
