After Nico Schlotterbeck, Jonathan Tah has become the second player to be confirmed in Germany’s squad for the European Championships.
Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Jonathan Tah will be in the German squad for this summer’s European Championship on home soil.
In an unusual move, the German Football Association is leaking players in the squad in various ways until the full announcement on Thursday.
After Borussia Dortmund’s Nico Schlotterbeck’s place in the squad was confirmed on national television on Sunday, Tah is the second player to be announced.
In an Instagram post confirmed by the German Football Association, influencer Rashid Hamid revealed the Bayer Leverkusen defender’s place in the squad on Monday.
